Call to Artists for Applications! S-A is Hiring.

Hi all!

I'll bet it's been quite a long time since you've heard from us. For those of you who don't remember who we are, this is Space-Artists: a group of celestial painters and digital artisans dedicated to picking the cream of the crop of those artists out there, creating beautiful artpacks, and collecting and categorizing the best space art that exists on deviantart.

Six years ago, the group made a thunderous impact on the dA space-art scene with its debut pack, Incomprehensible Distances. Now, we're a shadow of what we once were. The group has sat around collecting cobwebs, mainly due to the fact that over the last few years I have moved out of home and am currently attending university in California. However, recent events have led to me picking up the tablet pen again, and while I'm doing this I don't want to miss out on the possibilities this group has to offer.


So, this is a formal call to applicants: We have 12 spots to fill for artists (we'd like to get it to 20 contributors) for an artpack we're hoping to release very soon.

You must apply through a request to join the group as a contributor. Your application is subject to a vote of 4. In your note, link to a single piece in your gallery which you believe represents your work best, and explain why you want to be a part of the group.
